News on Windows 7 ungrade .... unfortunately, it seems the upgrade is only available to US, Canada and Japan ... don't other people who bought Vista counts? wtf ....

Oh crap my legs are so weak and my stomach is building up a cramp, and my heart is about to explode. Overall best Friday ever. I tried this new cardio called Tabata. The whole exercise is 4 min total, but you do as much rep as possible in a 20 second set. Then rest for 10 seconds and repeat until 4 mins is up. I started out with 25 reps at the first 1 min, but on the last few mins I struggled to do 5 reps and I was using a 10lb dumbells :P.

Sam Worthington - cute
Sam Worthington- first terminator that dies in a terminator movie.

However, I am sure he will be resurrected in the next one, since a lot of people like him.

Christian Bale - why people says he's overshadowed by Sam Worthington but failed to realize that is what a Terminator movie has always been, ITS ABOUT THE TERMINATOR! NOT JOHN CONNOR.
